oh my god this is a great story (bless you for asking)

ok so me and my current boyfriend had been seriously flirting for months, and we finally figured shit out and decided to go on an actual date. 

so i go over to his house to watch the office finale (we’d been watching the series together) and once it ended we were just kind of sitting there and we both knew we were supposed to kiss now but i was super nervous and i can assume he was too

so i asked if he wanted to watch tv and he turned on the first channel he found, which happened to be family channel, and “dog with a blog” was on

and then we just sort of sat there looking at each other, and i cant exactly remember what happened after that, but we ended up kissing with “dog with a blog” playing in the background

and it was so awkward and messy but it still made me very happy and we’re definitely better at it now
